Women need spaces to expose their dark parts
It’s absolutely essential to the health of a woman’s life that she uncloak her ugly parts, her fearful parts, her untidy parts, so she can breathe with ease and live with peace
The energy a woman expends by resisting and covering these parts drains her life force and erodes her sense creative power
Until her demons have been seen by the eyes of another woman, held by the hands of feminine compassion…she will remain in an inner state of turmoil & fragmentation
Women need spaces to expose their dark parts.
Not a little bit, not what’s bearable or appropriate…EVERYTHING
Society has taught us to be good, to be nice, to be pretty, to be perfect. And it’s making us sick and distorting our relational capacity
Because we believe we are inherently relationally wise, we are born from Natures wisdom
Sister shadow is a place to reveal, express and love your dark parts.
Nothing nourishes the dark parts more than when another woman witnesses them and says “I see you and I love you”
